  • 3 red or green apples
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Wash the apples, cut them in half, and scoop out the seeds and core.
  3. Place the apple halves skin side down in the air fryer basket and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes until softened.
  4. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, melted coconut oil, brown sugar (or coconut sugar), and ground cinnamon until combined.
  5. After baking, fill each apple half with about 1½ tablespoons of the oat mixture.
  6. Close the air fryer and cook for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
