  • 15 ounces Whole Milk Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Romano Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Asiago Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Freshly Grated Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups Italian Bread Crumbs or Panko
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Finely Grated Parmesan
  • Olive Oil Spray
  • Canola Oil
  • Homemade Alfredo Sauce (optional)
  • Jar of Marinara Sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, Romano, Asiago cheese, eggs, and Italian seasoning until well blended.
  3. Lay out each noodle flat, spread with the cheese mixture, and roll tightly.
  4. Dip each rolled noodle in beaten eggs followed by coating with bread crumbs or panko.
  5. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray the basket with olive oil and place the rolls in without overcrowding. Drizzle with olive oil and cook for about 8 minutes on one side, flip and cook for another 8 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve immediately with marinara or Alfredo sauce.
