Ingredients

  • Taco-size flour tortillas (gluten-free optional)
  • Ripe bananas
  • Peanut butter, cream cheese, or Nutella
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Freeze-dried strawberries
  • Shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Lay a tortilla flat on a cutting board and spread 2 tablespoons of your chosen spread evenly over it.
  2. Place a peeled banana at one end of the tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortilla snugly around the banana and place seam-side down.
  4. Spread the remaining tablespoon of your chosen spread on top and sprinkle with selected toppings.
  5. Slice into 1-inch pieces resembling sushi and serve.
