  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef: In a mixing bowl, combine beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil; let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Stir-fry the beef: Heat wok over high heat, stir-frying marinated beef in batches until browned (2-3 minutes). Remove and set aside.
