  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken strips until well coated.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned chicken for 6–7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic briefly before adding chicken broth. Stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Add cooked linguine to the sauce and toss to combine. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  6. Return chicken to the pan and mix well before serving garnished with chopped parsley.
