  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 3 medium potatoes, peeled & cubed
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 810 medium shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup milk (more if needed)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika

Instructions

  1. Boil cubed potatoes in salted water until tender; drain and mash with butter, milk, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Pat salmon dry, coat with olive oil and Cajun seasoning, then pan-sear for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk to make gravy; season and pour over mashed potatoes.
  4. In a skillet, sauté broccoli for 2-3 minutes; add shrimp seasoned with paprika until they turn pink.
  5. Serve salmon alongside mashed potatoes topped with gravy and shrimp-broccoli sauté.
