  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions in boiling salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning; cook until browned (4–5 minutes). Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in beef broth and heavy cream; simmer for about 3–4 minutes.
