  • 1 pound dried Radiatore pasta
  • 1 pound cooked seasoned chicken breast, diced
  • 3 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 3/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 4 scallions, diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the Radiatore pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), honey, Dijon mustard, salt, Italian seasoning, and pepper until smooth.
