  • 16 oz short pasta (uncooked)
  • 810 slices thick-cut turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)
  • 2 cups shredded or cubed chicken
  • 10 oz tomatoes (quartered)
  • 23 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cup whole milk
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse with cool water; optionally toss with olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, and ranch seasoning to create the dressing.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, turkey bacon, chicken, tomatoes, parsley, onion, parmesan, and pepper. Toss with about two-thirds of the dressing until well-coated.
  4. Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Adjust dressing as needed before serving.
