  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons dried basil

  2. Dice the chicken into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Slice the zucchini and mushrooms. Chop the green onions.
