Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 12 oz penne pasta (or preferred pasta)
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the penne pasta in boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Add the steak strips, seasoning them with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning. Sear until browned (5–7 minutes), then remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  4. Return the cooked steak to the skillet along with drained penne pasta. Toss everything together until evenly coated with sauce. Serve hot.
