  • 2 cups frozen peas (thawed)
  • 12 oz thick-cut turkey bacon (cooked and chopped)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 1 tsp salt (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Thaw peas and chop cooked turkey bacon. Grate Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, thawed peas, turkey bacon, and Parmesan cheese. Pour dressing over the mixture and stir gently until evenly coated.
  5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours before serving.
