Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Coat the chicken evenly and let it sit for 15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add vegetable oil and sear the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Once done, let it rest before slicing.
  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream, stir well, and let it thicken slightly before setting it aside.
