  • 7 ripe peaches (skinned, pitted, and sliced)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp chilled butter
  • ¼ cup apple juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions
