  • 1 cup diced vegetables (broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper)
  • 4 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sliced green onions

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice your chosen vegetables evenly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, dried dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on top.
  4. Sprinkle half of the diced vegetables over the spread and add half of the cheddar cheese and green onions.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces and repeat with the second tortilla.
