  • 30 ml extra virgin olive oil
  • 75 g red onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 600 g cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 125 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 125 g feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the kohlrabi cubes in vegetable broth for about 8-10 minutes until tender but crisp. Drain and set aside.
