  • 1.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium-high heat, drizzle oil and sear the sirloin steak cubes seasoned with salt and pepper for about 5-7 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, stirring until fragrant.
  4. Stir in cooked pasta and all cheeses until melted and creamy.
  5. Fold in the seared steak bites until well combined; adjust seasoning if necessary.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with additional cheese or herbs if desired.
