  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 7.5 oz chive & onion cream cheese spread
  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated, divided)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 bell pepper stem (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chive & onion spread, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and 1 ¼ cups of shredded cheddar until smooth.
  2. Lay cling wrap on the counter and sprinkle with ⅓ cup shredded cheddar. Scoop the cheese mixture onto it.
  3. Cover the mixture with remaining cheddar and use the cling wrap to form a round ball shape.
  4. Secure rubber bands around the wrapped cheese ball to create a pumpkin shape and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, remove rubber bands and top with a bell pepper stem.
