Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups brussel sprouts (halved)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp ginger & garlic paste
  • 1/4 cup French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the halved brussel sprouts in the air fryer basket and lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until they are golden brown and crispy.
  2. While the sprouts cook, prepare the glaze by combining soy sauce, water, sesame oil, brown sugar, and ginger & garlic paste in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, transfer the brussel sprouts to a serving dish. Drizzle with the glaze and top with French fried onions for added crunch.
