  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

  3. Cook fettuccine in a separate pot according to package instructions; reserve 1/2 cup pasta water before draining.
  4. Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat, sauté garlic until fragrant (1-2 minutes). Add reserved pasta water and Parmesan; stir until thickened.
  5. Toss cooked fettuccine and Cajun chicken in the sauce until well combined.
