  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp peri-peri sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
