2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 medium tomato, diced
2 hard-boiled eggs
1 tsp olive oil or butter

Instructions
Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot with cold water. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 9-10 minutes. Cool under cold water, peel, and slice.
