  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef with finely diced onion until browned; season with salt and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in crumbled turkey bacon and shredded cheddar cheese; let cool slightly.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Separate biscuit dough into rounds and flatten each slightly.
  4. Place 1-2 tablespoons of the meat mixture in the center of each round and fold the dough around it, sealing tightly.
