  • 4 pieces naan bread
  • 1 cup tzatziki sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • ½ cup cucumber slices
  • ¼ cup sliced red onion
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook cubed chicken seasoned with garlic powder, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until golden brown (6–8 minutes). Set aside.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and place naan bread on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread tzatziki sauce evenly over each naan, then add mozzarella cheese if using. Top with cooked chicken, cherry tomatoes, cucumber slices, red onion, and crumbled feta.
  4. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the edges are crispy and the cheese is melted.
  5. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
