  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Toss chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden brown, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add heavy cream and simmer while stirring.
  3. Lower heat and mix in cream cheese, mozzarella, and parmesan until melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in smoked paprika and black pepper. Toss in cooked tortellini and fold in the chicken. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes to meld flavors.
